An electrical engineer by training, Catrice spent ten years at Intel in semiconductor operations and process improvement, then a decade directing Cisco Networking Academy programs. Our stance

AI is here… Now what?!

The answer is not more technology. It is better human systems around the technology you already have. We must:

PROTECT

Human Ingenuity

Keep judgment, creativity and connection at the center, so AI amplifies your people instead of replacing what makes them valuable.

PREPARE

Organizational Readiness

Build the literacy, workflows and leadership habits your teams need before the next tool arrives, not after it lands.

PROVIDE

Responsible Integration

Integrate AI with clear guardrails and purpose, so it lightens the load for your staff rather than adding to it.

The method

Six phases. One connected system.

Our proprietary methodology targets the system, not the individual. Select a phase to see what happens inside it.

    Start

Turn the big idea into a clear, buildable first version.

    Scale

Grow the systems, people and workflows behind it without the noise.

    Soar

Sustain a culture people want to stay in and keep building.

Ready to make the big idea manageable?

Start with one conversation. Here is what happens next.

    1. Tell us about your challengeShare your organization, your goals and what is getting in the way.
    2. Meet for a discovery callA 20-minute conversation to understand where you are and where you want to go.
    3. Get a clear next stepYou receive a short recommendation of the right engagement, with scope and timeline.
